In 2020,Luana partnered with fellow exp agent Kate Pieper and together they created the Local Real Estate Collective, a group of female agents providing support, collaboration and mentorship. It has grown to include Kristi Morris, Rebecca Hrudko and client care coordinator, Carley Froehlick.
She is licensed to trade in residential, rural and commercial real estate. Luana’s niche market is residential and luxury resale with a proven track record for being a skilled negotiator. With a fresh and unique approach to real estate, Luana continues to embrace cutting edge technology and marketing strategies to enhance the real estate experience for her buyers and sellers alike.
Before becoming a Realtor® ,Luana enjoyed a successful career as a stylist and salon owner. Her love for her clients and a natural ability to understand people’s perspectives and needs has translated to a successful career in Real Estate.
Luana is happily married to Sandy and her pride and joy are her two children , Alex and Olivia. She has three fur babies, Max ,Ruby and Scout. When Luana isn’t working you can find her creating another piece of art, outdoors enjoying a long walk with her husband , biking, skiing or just taking in all that nature has to offer.
